Are you limiting your own success?

Every business is only as successful as the first little thing that stops them.

Take this example. For you, a massage therapist, sending out a newsletter to your existing clients is the very best marketing you can do.

Are you doing it? Even though I tell you that it is the best marketing that you can do and even though almost every other massage marketing consultant has the same experience, still you may not be sending out a monthly newsletter to your clients.

If you are not using a monthly newsletter - you really have to ask yourself why. It is very easy to use a quick excuse that prevents your success.

The most common excuses I hear for not creating a monthly newsletters are the following:

  1. I am not a good writer

  2. I don't want to bug my clients with junk mail

  3. They take too much time and cost too much.

Are you using one of these excuses or another one? Are you going to let that problem be what stops you?

Every business is only as successful as the first little thing that stops them. Pay a lot of attention to what the little thing is that is stopping you with any goal of yours. A business owner who stops tackling challenges, who stops learning, has put a stop to their business growth. Growth in your business is always related to your personal growth. They are inseparable. So grow and learn. Tackle those little challenges. Develop an unstoppable attitude. Move through any problem, or around them.

If you don't think you are a good writer, think again. The best newsletters are written just like you talk. If you can talk to a client you can write a newsletter.

But let's say you really are a terrible writer. This very day, signup for a night time writing class at your local community college. Developing writing skills will open up many doors in your future.

If you are concerned about sending your client's junk mail, don't do it. Commit to sending your clients a newsletter that is so valuable to them that they will feel at a loss if they don't get it. Learn how to create marketing that is valuable to your clients. Demand it of yourself.

Don't have enough time? Try this. Send out a post card sized newsletter. In one afternoon, sit down and write twelve small health articles. There you go, you now have a years worth of newsletters already done. Each month just send them out. Surely you can find one afternoon to do this?

Think about it - you know for a fact that there are some marketing methods that are proven to work great - because many different massage marketing experts all have found them to work. So if you are not using them discover why! See what personal road blocks you are putting up that are limiting your own success and make a 100% commitment to overcome them.
