Customer Pro-File Review

I have used Customer Pro-File in our business, and I also offered the software at our massage supply store to many satisfied massage business owners. For the price, features and customer service, you will be hard pressed to find a better choice for your massage business. Rick Rowland, the owner of Land Software, provides six months of free telephone support, and lifetime free email support. Rick has been offering this software since 1996, and constantly upgrades it. He has managed to keep the price of the software very low by keeping his business expenses very low. He does not pay for expensive ads in the magazines, and does not pay a sales staff.

Rick has recently upgraded the entire operating system of the software, and it is now even better than when I used it, with more features and stability.

Customer Pro-File Massage Software Features

Customer Pro-File is loaded with business management features to save you time and to help you keep organized and market your business.

All versions have these features in common:

Client Manager: Track and quickly access individual client files, information, phone numbers and extentions, email addresses, birthdays and birthday alerts, gender, occupation, special notes, correspondance, referrals, advertising, user defined categories, medical history, drugs, supplements, physical activities and more.

Calendar Scheduler: Easily schedule your appointments. Pull up existing client names, or type in new ones. With your appointments you can record the type of appointment, the client, the therapist, notes, room numbers, etc.

Session Manager: quickly view massage history, styles, payment history, the therapist they worked with, notes, products purchased, SOAP notes, and more.

From Session Manager you click to the point of sale screen. Easily track your transactions, fill in insurance codes, session types, payment types, etc.

Expenses: Keep track of all of your expenses, in user-defined categories.

Gift Certificates: Keep perfect track of your gift certificates. Track the number, date, who purchased it, who it is for, the value, payment type, length of service, and expiration date. Also keep track of what gift certificates are redeemed or not, and the associated dates and invoice number.

Vendors & Product Management: For keeping track of products. You can use it for products you sell, or products you use in your practice. It manages all inventory details and reorder alerts, and it keeps track of your vendor company information.

Reports: A valuable variety of reports on clients, therapists, charges, products, referrals, discounts, gift certificates, and much more by month, year, or by specific date, client or therapist.
